hi would anyone have a good contact for British Airways please? My flight to France was cancelled on 22 June and I claimed and was sent an email on 28 June to say I would get £220 compensation but I keep checking with the bank and it has not been paid. When I check on the BA claim number on the chat bot it says it has been resolved. I have emailed both globalcustomerrelations@ba.com who sent the email saying I would get compensation and bacustomeronline@ba.com and the responses have been that they are passing it to another department, that they are very busy and thanking me for my patience. It is now nearly 6 months! Thank you for any advice.

Did you complete the claims form with your correct bank details?0

Hi thanks Westin for the reply, yes I completed a full form and have been sent an email saying I will get £220 compensation. If there is a way I can check they have my correct details that would be very helpful as they are only replying with template emails asking for patience and saying it is being sent to another department but not explaining what the issue is?0
