How can I advertise a room for rent when I'm not allowed to as stipulated in my tenancy agreement

so 2.22 categorically means only you can live there unless you agree in writing something different, be that taking a lodger or entering into a new tenancy jointly with ANO
2.23 protects the agency because it means any adverts have to go through them so they can charge for the outcome from a new person coming "in"
both clauses are reasonable and you cannot circumvent them, you can simply hope not to be found out if you ignore them.
If found out, you can then hope that any repercussion will be meaningless as it would not be cost effective to take you to court for contract breach3 -
Join SpareRoom site. Then you can respond to people who are posting looking for a room. You aren't advertising the property then are you? Then when you find a suitable person you make the deal through the agency or landlord as required1

I've just rented a 2 bedroom place, my intention was to advertise the spare room on the Internet.
The estate agent advised I'm not allowed to advertise on social media, although a 'friend' can come onto the lease with me via the estate agent.
The length of time I've known the friend isn't relevant

As a landlord, I vet tenants pretty carefully. There's no way that I want a tenant circumventing that procedure by taking in a lodger.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?1 -
To make my post clearer.
I do not intend to break my contract by breaching it
When I viewed the property I asked the estate agent if someone in the future could come onto the tenancy agreement.
They advised they could, via the vetting of the estate agent
I wasn't specific as to how I may find someone
I will not be deviating from obtainig the landlords consnet. Any person I may wish to share with will be referred to the estate agent
After paying my deposit and first month's rent the tenancy agreement was sent with the causes.
I asked in the estate agents office if I could get the landlords permission to advertise for someone to join me at the property as 2 previous flatmates have gone cold on the idea.
I was advised I'm not allow to advertise the property online or social media but can refer anyone I find I'd like to share with to them to go through the processes of joining the tenancy with everyone's consent
My question about circumventing the situation was not to break the contract

I've searched flatmate wanted and advertised myself as a buddy rather than the property.
I will be putting in writing a request to find a housemate to the Landlord via the estate agent as perhaps the estate agent did not provide the correct information
