Copy of Letter of Administration
Comments
-
Yes I was an administrator, the solicitor did everything via email and I was sent an email update every month on progress, anything that needed to be signed was done via email with the electronic signatures (bar a couple documents via post) but I really didn't do any of the paperwork, the solicitor took care of everything and I was very grateful for that. I was grieving (and still am) and find it very hard to focus on this type of thing but I know it's something I NEED to do for my dad.Keep_pedalling said:
It will do if who ever submitted the application action included you all as administrators. I’d does not sound like you had any involvement with the paperwork.DanE2010 said:OK that has been ordered. So is this the letter of Administration that will list me and my siblings as Adminstrators?
Anyways I digress, I have it downloaded now and very thankful for the help in this thread as I hadn't a clue where to look and now I've another thing ticked off my list so thanks everyone for the help.1
