    Hi all, just had my mediation appointment and told them I'm willing to pay £0 and happy to take it to court the woman on the phone was trying to convince me it will be a bad idea, that if I don't pay im likely to pay an increased sum with further costs added and a ccj is this just a total scare tactic?

    YOU MUST COMPLAIN.

    Mediators must not do that; it is completely wrong and misleading.

    "Likely to pay an increased sum" - NOT POSSIBLE WITH A SCAM PARKING CLAIM WHERE - IF IT EVER GETS TO A HEARING WHICH IS VERY UNLIKELY - THE JUDGE WILL REMOVE THE £70 ADDED FAKE 'FEE';

    And you are NOT risking a CCJ by defending.

    Okay thanks, i thought it to be as much, she was not neutral at all basically trying to corner me into paying the sum. I believe dcbl will be likely sending me an email so I will await that.

    No - please complain to the Mediation Service about her. She misled you. She tried to make you settle and lied about non-existent costs and risk.

    Hi all, i am quite confused by what I have received by Northampton in the post regarding the questionnaire I had sent. The directions questionnaire was sent about a month back with the bounce back email. But as you can see in the below image it seems as though they have not received anything possibly I'm misunderstanding.

    It was received,  but they cant find it,  so you are required to send a copy to the court on the order before the deadline

    A common problem with the CNBC in Northampton is missing paperwork,  not your fault but you must rectify it,  preferably by email to your local nominated civil court
