Hi all,
So I've received a claim form after multiple letters had been sent to an old address. long story short I had paid for parking on the day I have banking payment to prove this. I believe this to be a keypad error with the faulty machine on the day.
Issue date is 30/10/2024
AOS submitted 03/11/2024
I am starting to draft up a defence I notice in the POC there is no specific reason just the generic one I have seen multiple times so I should imbed the CEL V CHAN if I'm right with that? I have tried to do as much research as possible before posting.
Thanks.

Can you please show us a picture of the Particulars of Claim - with all your personal detail hidden of course. With a Claim Issue Date of 30th October, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 2nd December 2024 to file a Defence.
That's four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.3 -
