Copy of additional photos uploaded on their payment portal: drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Fc03dwNqCXfxUH8pfNMQPbmj--tZmmYl?usp=drive_link

They have the driver's identification in an entry log.

I'm looking into who to contact for Plan A but it's unlikely as the Indian Visa Centre at Hounslow doesn't entertain any contact outside a pre-booked in-person appointment.

Parking receipt can be made available.

Is that now three threads about the one Vista Centre parking event?
  • There are two separate PCNs issued for different days

How is the car parked on a roadway?  It looks to be in line with all the other cars?

  • I’m not really sure but there is a gate on the right. It’s in the additional photos that I’ve uploaded on Google Drive, linked in the original post.

    Hi,

I've received a Letter Before Claim in the post today (24/07/2025), issued on 16/07/2025.

It is asking to take action within 30 days (15/08/2025) to either:
    1) Pay the debt, or
    2) Dispute the Debt

    Amout due: £170.00

I'm travelling abroad on 09/08/2025 for a few months for medical treatment: 4-5 months (possibly more) and may be back for a couple of weeks, if allowed. My spouse will be at home and can let me know if there are any letters for me. Please advise how to proceed.

So you are moving abroad for at least the rest of this year? Got a permanent address there to quote? Staying with relatives? Got a Visa?

If yes, reply next week to the LBC (is it from Gladstones solicitors?) using this:

    Dear Sirs,

I am writing to inform you that the address which you currently hold, <insert UK address here>, is no longer an address with which I can be reached.

I now reside at the following address: <insert foreign address here> and will be living in <foreign country> for the foreseeable future. This means that I am outside the jurisdiction of the English court.

Therefore, you must immediately communicate this to your clients and erase the old address, mentioned above, as that address may no longer be used for a court claim.

If you fail to return the file to your clients and close the case, I will report your firm and its Principal Solicitor to the SRA for their apparent failures to meet professional standards.

    Yours faithfully,

    Your name

Thanks, yes it's from Gladstones solicitors. I'm staying with my sister since May 2025, came back for 3 weeks and am going back on 9th Aug. I can provide an address and photos of lifelong open visa. It's similar to a second passport/permit. I'm not working but can provide hospital discharge documents for a couple of surgeries from June proving that I'm abroad or is that too little or too much information?

I have another fine issued by them that I haven't received LBC for, parked in the same spot on a different day. Do I notify PCM UK for change of address for that one separately?

Just do this for BOTH. And do it now.

"I can provide an address and photos of lifelong open visa".

I wouldn't talk about the surgery/reason for travel. Just say you are moving to live with family. But use the aggressive wording in the link, deliberately pushy.
