I've dabbled in a few courses through Coursera - you can pick the university, and they're often split into relatively bitesized polished videos, but a few had videos of the actual lectures if you scrolled down. I particularly remember one from Harvard about rhetoric - loved watching the actual lecture (I realise that's not for everyone 😂) you can usually pay to do an assessment and get a certificate, but I never did - just working through stuff is interesting enough.

@Baileys_Babe - yes indeed hunny, it was a sraight substitution brown rice for barley. Also used two leeks instead of onions but dry fried first to drive off liquid, and chard instead of spring greens as that was what was in the house.
@Cherryfudge - I'll try and link the recipe for you once I'm on a computer! It's from an eyewateringly expensive recipe box delivery service that partners with my health insurance. The have given me a massive discount after a free trial as I'm one of their champions at work. I guarantee its cheaper to buy the ingredients yourself!
@Watty1 - I'll let you know what he thinks - during pandemic he did a course with one of the Canadian Unis online in the humanities - so let's see if anything appeals to him. - also the treatment has a real effect on his brain so he may not be up to it for days on end which might affect his enthusiasm!

@thriftmonster - everyeveryday is a school day! I've just been down the rabbit hole of PGT vs PGR!
Theology is definately not my thing, I'm firmly an applied science bod! OH however might be interested - back in his youth he was interested in comparitive religions and at one point considered becoming a minister!

So today we attended a funeral mass of all things online! Our dear friend who was in the bad car accident last year was laid to rest. I found myself explaining to OH the very Canadian accents we were hearing as he'd forgotten how strong it can be if travelling and communicating globally is not part of your day to day repetoire! He insisted I never sounded 'like that' my speech is supposedly much posher than the priest who was leading the mass - lol - or even the neices & nephews who were reading at the service or offering prayer. I insisted that back when we first met I did sound like that but I think he's forgotten - lol 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

At long last! The annual armature hunt has come to an end!
I have two sports versions from M&S both with racer backs - one does up at the front, and the other at the sides by the ribcage. The other dozen I've ordered did not fit or support well, so I have yet another batch to go back.
The real win though is discovering a European brand called Miss Mary of Sweden - very supportive while still being pretty and the option of no wires! I opted for the wide bottom bands and love the fit! Not cheap I must admit but they arrived today (2 week wait) after hanging out in customs for a week and they are excellent. I may just have to purchase another one (ouch - my clothing budget is taking a hit)4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!!
