    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £233,521
    - OPs to mortgage = £11,816 Interest saved £5,28 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends January 2030

  • Claiming another for today, and originally counted yesterday as a spend day as had to take dog for an unplanned vet visit - but save in an annual pot for vet bills and other dog expenses so have decided I'll allow it as an NSD as it's already budgeted for and an essential spend.

    So 2 more NSDs for yesterday and today, taking me up to 8 so far this month.

  • Declaring super early NSD today, so I will keep myself in check better! I need to be careful, otherwise I risk not to reach my NSD's this month either!!

    CC4 - 4,625.87 (balance transfer from CC2) now 5,717.24
