Apologies, I didn't know that eventually I'd have to download and submit it.

I'm going to that right away.

    Thank you very much

Check your email inbox and spam folders for the CNBC auto response back,  keep it safe

If or when the paperwork N180 DQ document arrives in the post,  file it away along with all the other paperwork,  preferably in a case file or drawer

Nothing to stress about, its standard practice in a Money Claim for the case to be transferred to a county court, because that is the main course and so far its only been starters, bread and butter and water

you wait for the local court that you selected on your N180 DQ document to send you a letter with details, information and dates etc ( which is why you put the name of the court on your N180, because it was always destined to end up there )

First half is over, its now half time, 2nd half is to come in a few months time, relax

So wait for the court order to arrive in the post

I'm really stressed out and don't know what to do. As I thought they would not take it any…

    …further?

    They won't! Never do.

I'm a bit surprised that you haven't read enough threads (or seen the 850 completed examples in thread by @Umkomaas ) to know by now that this is EXACTLY the point when the Discontinuance comes.

We are twiddling our thumbs and so should you be, waiting for that email!

@Gr1pr this is the Hearing Order so the discontinuance is coming very soon, depending on the hearing fee date that is in that Order but the OP hasn't told us yet.

I have read aabout the discontinued letters but I thought I'm amongst the minority who have to attend court.

but deep down i have been content until I received this letter as you mentmentioned that in 2026 we will get cancellation / discontinuation letters.

Yes but you haven't read the important bit: your deadline for WS and their hearing fee deadline!
