I had the same issue but I know I shopped at Sainsbury's local at the time and date of the transaction so although it says Islington pentenev i was in kings cross at Sainsbury's local0

I had the same charge twice on my statement and I was able to narrow it down to the exact dates, times, and amounts spent to discover this is the Sainsbury's Local on Pentonville Road
No idea whye Sainsbury's would be putting charges through as "ISLINGTON PENTONEV" but it is definately that branch.Store 4313: Islington Pentonville Road Local, 266 Pentonville Rd, London N1 9JY
Hope this helps avoid any unwanted fraud claims with banks, etc
