Money taken from my account

Hi,
Someone has taken money from my Lloyds account. I notice they took £10 on three occasions over the last 12 months. Therefore, I must now cancel the debit card and get a new one sent to me. However, this takes a week and also, other people have the key to my mailbox. Is there any way that i can cancel the debit  card  and get the new card sent to my local lloyds bank branch, then i can pick it up from there?

I'd recommend speaking to Lloyds to see what they can do

Phone Lloyds and ask them? 

You can get it delivered to a different address but you need to arrange that in branch. 

Do you know who who is taking the money and why? If it’s for some sort of subscription, cancelling the card doesn’t cancel the amount due.

What is the narrative against each of the transactions and are they on similar dates in the month.

If you are waiting for a new card you can logon to your account and freeze the card for any transactions until you receive it and then unfreeze it.

Hi,
Around £40 has been taken from my Lloyds bank account using my debit card. I dont know who did this. There have been three of these "money out" instances over the last 10 months, all by the same "agent".
The Retailer name is given as "ISLINGTON PENTONEV", and the retailer location is given as "ISLINGTON PEN".
Do you know how i find out who this is?

I don't know who is taking the money.

Also I don't live in Sheffield. Also I haven't bought anything

from Sheffield.
The transactions just say its a grocerys place.

I may be missing something here but where does Sheffield come into it because it’s not mentioned in the original post or on the screenshot? 

According to Google, Islington Pentonev is Islington Council? Does that ring any bells?

There’s also a hit for that business name if you Google it, based in Sheffield.

Did Islington Council charge me? - Bank account and credit card statement analysis and search - Emma  indicates that it's a charge by Islington Council.
