Paid another £3.96 today, so my running total is £4.66. I need to try and post more regularly as I'm not saving each day, which is really the point of the challenge isn't it...1

I have managed to set up my own pot on Monzo for the 1p challenge but I have printed out how much is needed each month but moved my months around & rounding mine off to the nearest pound or two ,so far I have completed March at £23.25 for my January payment but potted £25.
I also have signed up the 1p challenge Monzo have on their app and they take out 1p on day one and 2p on day two and automatically do it for you so have that one running also.
I also set up another Monzo pot that rounds off to the nearest pound you spent online purchases so yesterday was an awful day as I paid £73.50 to the dentist (ouch laterally) but Monzo rounded it off to £74 and popped 50p in my jar.
With theses 3 challenges running I’m hoping for lots of pennies saved in 2025.
keep up the good work everyone,we are all in this together,no matter how big or small the amount, every penny counts.MSE 1p challenge = £200 so far.2 -

Good night all. It’s been a while, so I thought I’d stop by to report that I’m saving the pennies on a monthly basis, in advance. But I also found I’ve been saving on a daily basis. That surprised me, but I’m glad my brain/body/whatever is making me do this.
Long may it continue 🙏🏿😁
