Let's keep discussion about the UKPC one there.  Add a reply there if you get a hearing date.  And tell us when DCB discontinue it, because they will.

As for this Group Nexus one, keep complaining and get your local MP to write to the landowner and Tesco & the BPA and Group Nexus (all of them), to push for it to be cancelled.

This is Disability discrimination, because I think you said in your other thread that you have MS? A feature of that is forgetfulness, hence you initially forgot to validate your parking time.

But you returned to validate it and this PCN being pursued is quite clearly discriminatory. Illegal. Get your MP onto it.

Hey coupon, yes the very same one , yes i have MS , and you are correct with the brain cell loss forgetfulness is the primary symptom i face daily so I'll definitely be mentioning this also, I will update you for sure on the outcome and will use that thread to do so,
