Parking validation fine

Hi guys , im back !
Another issue has just come up.
i was shopping in Tesco spend more than I had to to get free parking, I also obtain a blue badge which would have given me 5 hours free anyway.
you are supposed to validate your ticket but forgot , i drove back out and thought s****t I didn't validate so i turned round and went back.

you are supposed to validate your ticket but forgot , i drove back out and thought s****t I didn't validate so i turned round and went back.
I scanned the receipt and put my details in and it must have picked up that I had re-entered the car park and the machine said your free as it's been less than 15 mins. I went in to Tesco and they said it should be fine and that it would be picked up as if only been there 30 mins previous so they will see that and the new validation of 15 mins, So I just left and thought if anything comes though just keep my receipts to prove.
as I thought a ticket came so I sent off all the info , my receipts and even my blue badge explaining what' had happened in the appeals process, I never mentioned the driver and maintained referring the driver as "the driver".
i had a reply a week later saying i must name the driver .
I replied saying no I don't and send them the template stating that states the Notice to Keeper fails to comply with PoFA 9(4)(b) and 9(5) and regardless of this i was present and im able to provide you more than enough proof that I was a genuine customer, i even sent a copy of my bank card I used to match what was on the receipt
this morning I got a reply, I will post its contents after I finish this. Im going to pay it cause I can't deal with the headache and I don't need anything to sabotage my credit rating, however l would like to know is what they are saying ?

Your credit rating is safe - to impact your credit file, they would have to go to court, win the case, get a CCJ against you, then you fail to pay the CCJ - only then does it go on your credit file - anything they say is just lies and scaremongering1

I think you have posted on the wrong forum.correedee said:I'm going to pay it cause I can't deal with the headache and I don't need anything to sabotage my credit rating, however l would like to know is what they are saying ?
This forum is all about how to fight parking charges.
Why do you think there is any possibility of anything sabotaging your credit rating?3 -
Im going to pay itNononono. Stop!
A simple email to the retail park property agents will see this cancelled within days! Very easy. No risk and no headache.
PLEASE DO NOT NOT NOT NOT PAY!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Why do you think there is any possibility of anything sabotaging your credit rating?Like, I've had a lot of bad luck when it comes to these things, some of which has been no fault but my own , but its just taken my drive to fight,
for instance one incident where a PC got all the way to going to court , in between my mum unexpectedly just died and had to rush to manchester for my sisters so social services didnt take them and i missed the deadline of sending them back the form which I'd left in london, however it wasn't the first thing on my mind at that point .
It was my fault , but in my head i just kept thinking if id have just paid the £40 i now wouldnt be shelling out £300 now to these !!!!!! and getting this ccj off my file, and all i did was wait for my food (that was actually told to me by them) to be cooked as the food was not ready in a mcdonalds drive through and got a ticket,
I still have another case outstanding that they just will not drop it.I went shopping in B&m, it was Xmas time so the store extended the store close time by an extra hour. I stop there on the way to going to manny for the Xmas period 45 minutes after the time they would normally have closed, (so they close at 9pm normally but extended till 10 , I got there at say 9.45pm) I left at at 10.15pm.
i got a ticket for parking in unprescribed hours.
The car park closes at 10pm which would give shoppers an hour to vacate the premises and off the property after shopping but ukpc had not updated their parking times to correspond with the Xmas extension times. B&M said they would sort it after I went back to the store to complain.,
I had no more correspondence so I assumed it was resolved , the next letter I received was a claim form. I Wrote to the management of the land who said they will forward the info to the relevant people as ukpc at this point would not speak to me nor would dcb.
I Explained what happened along either proof of shopping , I even had an email from B&m head office to complain about the store not handling this properly, along with my blue badge stating even if it was the case I should be allowed extra time with the act of disability. They write back suggesting the same thing, cut a deal because of admin and court costs
I declined and now I got a letter a week ago about the court being being allocated to london.
so I think I'm just so fed up of these companies doing this to people ..... genuine people just want to go about their day and get home alive. Not only do I worry about if I have enough money to pay my bills and now u have guardianship of my young sisters can I feed us all , im constantly now worried about every where I stop my car , im sure I've even got pdsd , every time I see a letter thats in those type of envelopes my anxiety goes through the roof
so that's why I've probably wrote the ccj thing putting all the stories together and coming up with that Sorry for the long reply0 -
These people really just upset my soul man , the greed is just outrageous! They can see it was a genuine mistake but yet they still trying to squeeze whatever they can ...... someone is really trying to win that Xmas bonus this year !!Coupon-mad said:Im going to pay itNononono. Stop!

PLEASE DO NOT NOT NOT NOT PAY!Ok I'll try and find the agents
Would I just basically say what I did in the appeal and send the proofs again ? Or more like a complaints letter with the proofs sent1 -
Sounds like you should ask your MP to help you with this burden. They hate PPCs and a clued-up MP will write letters for you to get the unfair PCNs cancelled. They deal with this all the time. It's one of the most common 'scam' issues some MPs handle for constituents.

And people will help with that.correedee said:Ok I'll try and find the agents.
Where exactly did this alleged parking event happen?
It would also be a good idea @correedee, for you to delete the PCN reference number and your PoPLA code from your earlier post.1 -
