It would also be a good idea @correedee, for you to delete the PCN reference number and your PoPLA code from your earlier post.
I suggested the simplest of edits, but you deleted the whole post.0 -
Check again. You found out how to delete a post - the edit option is in exactly the same place.correedee said:

Name the parking company dealing with the Tesco one at a retail park ? , presumably you have a Popla code. ?
You complain about each PCN to your local MP, your constituency MP, especially the historical ones like that B&M retail park ( which parking company was the B&M car park. ? )
I suggest that you strongly complain about both pcns, direct to each managing agent of the separate retail parks
In other words, ALWAYS complain about the PCN to the retail park management company, when a retail park is involved
You definitely should not be paying them1 -
the parking company is nexus, they sent over the code with the email i received today.Gr1pr said:Name the parking company dealing with the Tesco one at a retail park ? , presumably you have a Popla code. ?

the B&M one , i found the company i thought was the management but later i found out that they used to be and they forwarded my details.to them.
the next minute i got an email saying they received the complaint and because its now listed for court she would try and get it reduced and be liable for dcb's admin fees (maybe that meant court fees or something as i dont know what admin is involved) then it turned into threatening behaviour saying i need to make a decision to go on with court or reduced pay today basically so i horribly declined that offer
the mcdonalds one , i had to pay that in the end
i cant find the tesco management company anywhere, ive been looking for the last couple hours

So you appeal to Popla with the Tesco on a retail park one, before the deadline expires, but keep trying to complain about it to the retail park management company too

Which parking company is the B&M one ? Parking Eye. ?
Keep trying plan A with that retail park too
And
Complain about both to your own local MP too, because the MHCLG are still in the process of mandatory regulation via a new MHCLG code of practice1 -

B&m was ukpc ,Thanks for the info I'll get onto it now but my appeal with Tesco one was denied so they say I can take it up with popla as nothing will change the outcome of the appeal0 -

That depends on how good your popla appeal is against Group Nexus, the popla decision is binding upon them, but not on you
Presumably you are waiting for a Letter of Claim followed by a court claim from either UKPC or their lawyers in the future for the B&M pcn1 -
Are you actually at court claim stage (i.e. you've defended a small claim) with UKPC?
I thought you were just getting threatograms?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes! The last letter I got said they will be allocating the case to a london court and they will be in contact. The threats were during the process, I wrote to the management but it was late because I never received any of the letters from dcb. The new hs2 line is being built running directly parallel to my road i live on so the road has lots of part closures so because of this all our mail ha been delivered delayed sometimes not at all. The only letter I got from them was that court proceedings had been filed and then the claim form. When I tried to call them they wouldn't speak about the issue and kept asking about what car I'd like to pay with. Ukpc did not want to talk to me at all so thats when I wrote to the management. Ukpc then emailed me threatening that if I didn't accept the reduced rate ad admin charges with dcb at that moment i wouldn't get another chanceCoupon-mad said:Are you actually at court claim stage (i.e. you've defended a small claim) with UKPC?
