no, it’s from MK1 parking company. Does this count as exhausting the complaint?
Not if you haven't exhausted the complaint to the BPA.

  • I’ve logged a formal complaint with BPA.

any tips to stop the parking company from chasing the hirer? They’ve sent them a final notice.

Parking companies last response (they copy a paste a few times) was this:

“As previously stated, as no valid postal address was provided correctly MK1 Parking will pursue the registered keeper, and as you have denied you were the driver at the time of the contravention, MK1 Parking will pursue the registered keeper for any unpaid charges.”

I did provide valid postal address, so no idea what the issue is there. But just double checking, although no driver details have been provided, is it right that MK1 parking can ignore hire details and just demand driver details?

    thanks

So followed advice on here trying to contact landlord. They asked what happened and then said they are passing the information on to the PCC.

    has this made things worse?

No. Be confident. Nothing affects your case but it is always worth rattling cages to try to cause a cancellation, to make life easier.

Follow up your complaint with BPA.  Keep all cages rattling.

Please edit your thread title as it isn't helping us or you.  That phrase "do I have a leg to stand on" isn't relevant to a parking thread and tells us nothing every time we see your thread back at the top.

    The PCN has been cancelled!
Contacting the landlord didn’t help in the end but pressure that BPA had received a complaint seem to help.

thank you all so much for your help. What an amazing community!
