    Good to hear they allowed you to replace it.

    Hopefully you got one with with a 64bit OS and one which guarantees a decent amount of updates.

    There are tiers of that too, particularly on Android depending on manufacturer, some will offer say 2-3 Android updates but maybe 3-4 years security patches - doesn't help if the bank has a fixed rule of say you must have Android 12 but your phone stopped at 11 even if it's getting security/bug fixes.

    Moto g34 but I'm probably gonna keep that for myself as it's too big for my mum and she can have my old one which I know supports the HSBC app.
