Thanks.E1. They want a name and contact details of a person attending the mediation appointment. Do I just put my name on that then? Or do I need to find someone who can mediate. Sorry I'm a bit confused with this one. I have studied the N180 advice in newbies thread over and over again, but I can't find what to put for question, E1.0

The answer depends on if you are doing it, or nominating someone else to do so on your behalf, only you know the answer, we don't0

No that makes perfect sense now, thanks! Do you know if I can just put a friend or family member, or does it have to be somone 'important'

Anyone you prefer, with their contact details, to act on your behalf, important or not, dad or not, solicitor or not
It's only 5 minutes stating, no offers, no compromise, it needs to be settled in court1 -
Perfect, thanks for your patience
