The fourth image gives a filing date for the WS's of 20th February, suggesting that the 4th February Hearing date is wrong.

Ring the court to ask if they paid the hearing fee or discontinued.

If the court says it's continuing, point out the error with the dates. You can't have a WS deadline after a hearing! Insist on some clarity.

I just want to say that if you don’t already know how life-changing it is to be able to speak with people like you, I want to make sure you do. I can’t express enough how deeply grateful I am.

These companies have managed to swindle people out of their money and run their victims into the ground with fear and worry, pushing them to the point of overwhelming stress and escalating costs.

    Thank you.

I will call Luton court tomorrow and query both points raised.

    Hey guys

I called Luton county court. I gave the case reference. I asked if they paid the fee or discontinued. They said "they haven't paid the fee so it has to be struck off". I confirmed that they would do this and they said said yes. I told them I'd wait for the paperwork to confirm.

    Thank you again guys.

But keep all paperwork because they could try resurrecting the case by saying the dates in the Order were plainly wrong and so they did not know the correct hearing date. Therefore didn't know the given deadlines which were unreliable.

They probably won't (especially not prolonging the matter at Luton court, where parking firms go to see claims die) but keep your documents, just in case.

But for now, a non-paid hearing fee does mean you have won!
