UKPC Licence plate error

Hi all
I paid to park at a car park across from a mall (so not associated with any particular shop). Some days later I received a parking charge from UKPC.
I checked my emails for the receipt and discovered that the last digit of the licence was incorrect. I responded to them stating that no two identical vehicles with the same licence bar one digit parked for the exact amount of time that day. That I was sure they could easily see the error. I also sent them the reference number of the receipt.
I expected that would be enough until I received a second letter asking for the drivers details. That !!!!!! me off so now I'm on here, the holy grail.
I feel like Ive missed the original complaints part of this process (Plan A) and in responding that in effect was my appeal. Also, they sent photographic evidence and explained the reason for the ticket so using the blue template in the newbies thread is not applicable, right?
I cannot find the damn screenshot of what i wrote but i obviously did not declare to be the driver as they're asking for that now. as per letter uploaded next.
Just so I get this correct, do I send this now:
I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.
If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made -
[DO I TAKE THIS OUT? showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.]
If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.
Appreciate any help. Many thanks for any feedback

Wait patiently for you appeal to be rejected and for a code to be supplied so that you can appeal to PoPLA.

Dear Sirs,
Re your recent template letter.
The point of my appeal was to draw to your attention the SINGLE DIGIT keying error that your supposed 'human checks' are meant to spot in advance, to avoid PCNs in these circumstances. I suggest you re-read the disingenuous 'Joint Code of Practice' cooked up by the BPA and IPC and remind yourself what it says about minor keying errors.
Move on to a weaker victim and cancel this immediately. Delete my data too, as you had no reasonable cause to have it in a case where you are supposed to identify single digit VRM (minor) errors and not issue PCNs at all.
yours,
YOUR NAME
(Your latest letter is attached to prove I am the right data subject and to stop you playing more games).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Not necessarily, do not expect efficiency or attention to detail from a PPC.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

Hi guys
Ive read some pretty fabulous and comprehensive POPLA appeal letters. Mine is simply single digit error. I am not aware of any invalidating circumstances. I would like to add something in the correct wording. Can anyone direct me to one please?0 -
If you are certain that the ONLY matter that caused a PCN was a single digit keying error then appeal with that evidence to POPLA and point out that UKPC have breached the BPA CoP by not cancelling the PCN.
But I wonder if there's a second issue here.
They haven't mentioned keying error anywhere. The NTK could be for exceeding paid-for time.
So how long did you pay for and how long does the NTK say the car was on site?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I paid for 22 hours and 15 minutes (paid up until 6am the following morning) I was there for 13 hours and change.
@Coupon-mad why, what were you thinking?0
