well i ordered the kettel first got that for 4 quid, they took full amount and credited 13.50 back to card same day, then i placed a different order few days after came to 23.00 used a diff 10 off code and a free delivery one paid 10.00, really pleased

This is my first post and my first experience(not a very good one) with Promotional Codes.
Ordered Item No SK1111.sent E Mail with order Number
and Code ZQ304.
Return E Mail saying could not use code as only orders totalling £50.00 or more was eligible for this offer ????? .
I phoned and was told the same so cancelled order.
