Just checked and Moz is now £4 a month. Going up fast.
  • It's only a few months since 1pMobile changed the £10 useage from 90 days to 60 days :(  Might as well get a SIM from elsewhere for £5/month at that rate!

Has enyone explored Talk Home on EE? I can't make sense of their T&C - do you really just pay £1 and no ongoing charges, for 1p/min & 1p/txt?
I need a SIM like 1pMobile used to be a couple of years ago for my gate intercom - no data needed, just voice calls and txt.

I don't need data, volte etc., just text & voice calls for the gate intercom, so I have found out more about Talk Home on EE.
They have a plan called PennyPro, which costs just 1p to join, though you do have to put a minimum of £5 credit on initially, but after that there are no ongoing costs apart from 1p/min voice and 1p/txt.
The only downside is that you have to log on every 30 days to reactivate the PennyPro otherwise it falls back to the standard 10p/min to landlines,18p/min to mobiles & 5p/txt.
A bit of a pain as you cannot reactivate it until the old activation ends, so has to be exactly every 30 days, but for a free plan at 1p rates it might be worth it for some folk.
