Oh bloody hell, that is my partner.  She has received a CCJ too this is a nightmare, she is helping me with mine that was followed to my address, and now she has found out she has one from the same place.... but didn't get followed.

Does anyone know the rough wait time to get a date? I called the business courts today and they couldn’t give any idea.

A N244 application should be prioritised but if you sent it via the CNBC, you have to wait for them to allocate it (and Xmas fell in the interim). They have a few weeks backlog.

Thank you. Yes I sent the N2444 and called to make payment on 11th November so hopefully not too much longer. 

I appreciate your help as always.

I'd phone them up as applications are meant to be urgently prioritised. Complain.

Thank you I forgot to update here, I called them about 2-3 weeks ago they told me to send an email saying unprocessed documnts.

I did that and called last week and they said should take 3-4 weeks, and they'll write to me.  They still had my old address which started this whole mess so thankfully I updated it over the phone.
