What did their rep say, or was it just you and the judge? Which court?
What did you say?
What did the judge say?
What point won it? Poor signage?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The court was in Southampton, it was me, rep and the judge and the point that won was about poor signageBasically the rep tried to go on about that I knew the signage was there and that I agreed to the terms and conditions, then asked me if I knew the signs were installed in may 2023 to which judge stopped her there and said that “how was he supposed to know”. Their rep made couple of mistakes and judge was a bit annoyed with her from what I’ve seenJudge looked at my evidence and clearly seen that signage is obstructed and you can barely see it, after everything was done the judge dismissed the case and when the rep asked if they can appeal again judge denied it5

Brilliant. They should have known better than to try Southampton, where the Judges appear to hate parking firms' poorly evidenced claims.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sort of a little update, they still have not paid my costs of assessment even tho their rp took my bank details after the hearing, they have till tomorrow to do so however what would be the next course of action?0

A Letter before Claim, warning the legal company ( or parking company ) that you will seek a warrant of control via the court if they do not pay in full within xx days ( maybe 7 or 14 days ? )
Send it by email as an attachment, also providing the claim reference, any judgment reference, your name, address and bank details etc2 -
If DCBL do not pay, you can instruct the court bailiffs to collect for you. It costs a bit but you get it back as it's added to what they owe you.
As already said DCBL should have known about the Southampton court, the judges do not like parking firms or their legals. ONLY FOOLS AND HORSES ?
WELL DONE1
