    Update:
I would like to say that the judge dismissed the case and I want to thank everyone that helped!
I also want to say don’t give up and fight it these PCNs!
Great news and well done. That's a £650 monkey off your back!

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

What did their rep say, or was it just you and the judge? Which court?

    What did you say?

    What did the judge say?

What point won it? Poor signage?

Brilliant. They should have known better than to try Southampton, where the Judges appear to hate parking firms' poorly evidenced claims.

A Letter before Claim,  warning the legal company  ( or parking company   ) that you will seek a warrant of control via the court if they do not pay in full within xx days  ( maybe 7 or 14 days  ?  )

Send it by email as an attachment,  also providing the claim reference,  any judgment reference,  your name,  address and bank details etc

If DCBL do not pay, you can instruct the court bailiffs to collect for you. It costs a bit but you get it back as it's added to what they owe you.

As already said DCBL should have known about the Southampton court, the judges do not like parking firms or their legals. ONLY FOOLS AND HORSES ?

    WELL DONE
