    Of course

I suggest that you check the court order to see when the WS deadline is,  and get yours drafted and submitted

Don't actually flag up their errors in your WS.  That would give them a window of opportunity to put it right with a late supplementary WS.

Just provide your evidence as exhibits with your WS and keep your powder about their errors dry. Have a crib sheet about that to guide you at the hearing, to expose the holes in their evidence.

You just need to be careful with deadlines; sometimes the court ask for WS to be submitted 14 days before the court date but sometimes they give a specific date which can often be earlier.  Check your Notice of Allocation.

Before I finish my WS what else could I add or mention,  I mentioned the Beavis sign & some paragraphs from PaekingEye vs Beavis, should I mention anything about striking out the claim because of the POC

I’ll add the table of contents last

No; at defence stage you already learned from the two alternatives in the Template Defence thread that your case wasn't right for that.

I'd remove the phrase about 'being in a rush'. Apart from that it is a good WS.

Certainly you should be able to win the case and if not, you MUST object clearly to the added fake DRA fees that your WS attacks (read it to know your stuff). Point out that adding £70 as 'costs' is fake (no damages were incurred) and it was not part of the alleged contract which was on unlit signs.

"32. I ask the judge to read the persuasive Judgment from His Honour Judge Murch (August2023) in the Civil Enforcement v Chan case, and deliver the same outcome given this Claimant has submitted a similarly vague POC."

Were the above cases included/applicable in your Defence?
