    You're wrong. It's the CNBC.
I have now received a letter from the court to pay the fees and also to send any supporting documentation to claimant and court by 12th of this month. Which documents should I send just my statement and also the proof of payment that I have?
Read the WS and evidence section in the second post of the NEWBIES thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have sent the evidence a while back, I am assuming I have to pay the court trial fee. Where do I even pay this?

It says that the claimant has to pay, but you are the defendant,  so dont pay a penny unless you counter claimed

You definitely should not be assuming anything

You have filed a Defence which does not include evidence.  You must also file and serve at the Court you nominated a Witness Statement which backs up your Defence with evidence by the date stated in the Notice of Allocation.

Please read the section in the Newbies as posted by C-m above.

Whaaat?! Why do you want to pay the Claimant's hearing fee for them? Obviously defendants don't pay fees. That would be madness and there would be no justice.
