    3) Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. The Defendant is not indebted to the Claimant. Paragraph 2 is denied. No PCN was "issued on 09/03/2023" (the date of the alleged visit).  Whilst the Defendant is the registered keeper, paragraphs 3 and 4 are denied. The Defendant is not liable and has seen no evidence of a breach of prominent terms.  The quantum is hugely exaggerated (no PCN can be £170 on private land) and there were no damages incurred whatsoever. The Claimant is put to strict proof of all of their allegations.

Yeah thanks it was a mistake, already corrected it before I submitted

Also, can you clarify and edit the thread title if it is wrong?

Earlier in this long thread you said:

"Original claimant: TOTAL CAR PARKS LIMITED"

But your thread title says ECP which is 'Euro Car Parks'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have just received a questionnaire from the court which I need to submit by 4th April. Is there a guide for me to fill this out?

I am just about to submit via email, I. Can’t seem to find my original letter. On the cover page for Name of court, who do I put down I can’t remember where it was from? Maybe Northampton does it matter if this is wrong? The claimant has put down civil national business centre but I am pretty sure that wasn’t one mine. Thanks

I have now received a letter from the court to pay the fees and also to send any supporting documentation to claimant and court by 12th of this month. Which documents should I send just my statement and also the proof of payment that I have?
