I'll leave it for someone else to comment on the content of the Defence. It's not my forte.
Okay thanks. Regarding sending the defence am I to send it by post instead?

Your defence is not the Template Defence.  It is not Ok and you certainly don't post a defence.

We are unsure why you aren't following the clear advice and links given to you already.

We know it's stressful but slow down and go snd re-read the replies you've had since your first post.

Bin that old draft defence and now go back and follow the link given to you by @KeithP and read it.  Go to the Template Defence and read the first 12 steps. Follow them.

Show us your paragraph 3 only but this time reassure us that you are going to use the full Template ... but eeek! please don't show it all in a reply.

Okay I have read through the steps. Please correct me If I am wrong. I can send my defence signed as a PDF format, attached to an email sent to: ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk. I use the whole template (it has 30 points) and changed accordingly where stated. This is my paragraph 3 please let me know:
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3)The Defendant was the driver of the vehicle on the date in question and had parked at [Car Park Name] for a valid parking session. The required parking fee was paid in full via the Parkonomy app, and when requested by the Claimant’s solicitor, DCB Legal, the Defendant provided proof of payment along with the receipt from the app. The Particulars of Claim state that the Defendant parked “without a valid parking session”; however, this is incorrect. The Defendant made the correct payment for the full duration of the stay, including the correct start and end time.

Due to an error with the app, the payment was processed with an incorrect date, but the time and duration of the parking session were accurate.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Should I leave at the last paragraph as the receipt I have from Parkonomy only states the day I paid and how much (this is the same date as the PCN)?

Finally once sent to the email address do I need to do anything on the www.moneyclaim.gov.uk to acknowledge a defence has been sent or is the email enough.

    Thanks.

Please be good enough to let me know how this sentence in my post on 31 January at 10:07PM on this very thread could be made clearer...

I think I would leave out that last paragraph.

You also need to add the usual (new for 2025) 'Regarding the POC' paragraph 3.1 seen in every current DCB Legal claim thread in January but obviously you have to change the 'issued' date to match your POC.

Then yes, your understanding is correct and of course you don't even enter a full stop in in MCOL! KeithP already told you that.

I am about to submit, regarding the POC paragraph I cant remember if they sent the original PCN in first place is it a good idea for me to still claim it wasn't issued?

Then claim that you believe that you didn't receive it, you have no idea if it was issued or not, according to your question

Post your full proposed paragraphs 2 , 3 & 3.1 below so we can check them out

If you mean the date,  they get that issue date wrong , so we know nothing was issued on that date,  but probably a different date

They make mistakes,  we dont want you to make any mistakes,  which is why we are telling you to stick to the advice given here

You misunderstand. Paragraph 3 is NOT saying it wasn't issued at all.  Leave it as is.
