Advise on getting a parking fine cancelled by the owners

As long as it's pre-court, any charge is cancellable. You could let the establishment know that they are lying or being played by the parking company or you won't return next season or anything that you can use to pressure them into action. There is no harm, but potentially an opportunity to 'close' this while you are sort of 'waiting' for the claim from the court. Just my 2 pennies :-)2

Good evening all,
I guess the time has come to dig out the court suit. Any advice on dealing with moorside legal?I have emailed the establishment multiple times complaining and asking to settle this outside court and they’ve just ignored my emails. I’ve also wrote a review on their trip advisor page explaining how unwilling they are to help their customers. I’ve spent £100s at their establishment and this is how they treat their customer over £4 worth of parking time.
Just to confirm I now need to find a robust template to email to moorside explaining that I’m willing to fight this case if needs be and request for a 30 day extension?

That's just a LBC, a reply for which is covered in the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.
When you get a claim the Moorside version of defence is linked in the Template Defence FIRST post.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
