Personally I would always used a local trusted installer.0

Boxt installers work to a price, and won't spend any longer than the minimum to replace your boiler. You will get a working heating system, but there might be some compromise on neatness. I've never heard of any installs that took place on a Saturdays.
Have you had a good heating engineer to look at your existing boiler? Any damage may be repairable at a much lower cost that paying Boxt for a new boiler. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.1 -

My plumber advised me to go via Boxt rather than directly to him because he can't get anywhere near the price match on the boiler. Personally I found Boxt brilliant.30+ years working in banking1

Any tradesman who is available next day clearly doesn't have much work on...Do you have the current one regularly serviced? If so, and you're happy with the people doing it, can't they offer anything?Whoever you go with though, make sure they're an accredited installer by the boiler manufacturer so that you get the full warranty they offer - ther's a good selection with 10+ year warranties.

If you are looking for a Worcester Bosch boiler, speak to Worcester Bosch directly. I used them for a fasttrack installation and they were about £500 cheaper than Boxt and also gave me their latest smart controller for free which would have cost me an extra £200 with Boxt3
