Or, given the PE's NtK was not PoFA compliant and you didn't rise to them asking you to name the driver, they cut their 'losses' as they couldn't win at POPLA if you produced a half-decent POPLA appeal. Who knows? The mysterious and murky world of private parking. Whatever caused them to give up, you have the best outcome for you now.Staying clear of any site with ANPR cameras is the best strategy going forward, or where there is no choice, read the signs very carefully and comply with the requirements. You know what, if every motorist did just that, PPC world would very rapidly collapse.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
