Nor indeed 'Horns Road Retail Park' as mentioned in your thread title.

Is it the retail park with B&M and Aldi in it? With postcode IG2 6BE?

Newbury Retail Park, Pinchington Lane, Newbury, RG14 7HU

Newbury Retail Park is a purpose built retail park on the former ground of Newbury Rugby Club.

So that description mentions Newbury, not Ilford 

But your link mentions 

Newbury Retail Park, Horns Road, Ilford, IG2 6BE

2 retail parks stating Newbury. ?

The map shows it as Ilford Retail Park 

Also, 2 threads, one mentioning UKPC, the other mentioning Parking Eye

This one is for UKPC. Yes apologies for the confusion

The other thread is for Ilford Retail Park and Parking Eye where the landlowner is Lee Baron (currently in comms with them)

Surely it would have been oh so simple to just answer my question with "yes that's the place".

There is a sign at the entrance to that car park that tells us that CBRE are the managing agents...

Understandably I am worried.

I have yet to complain to the landowner but assume that now I have received a letter from a debt collector that that ship has sailed.

What are my options now. I am seriously considering paying this given the fact I assume these costs are going to rack up.

Any help would be appreciated.

No ship has sailed, keep on with plan A 

Not worth paying it, a loss in court is not much more for a single PCN, plus they may discontinue like the 438 or so in the thread by Umkomaas 

That letter above is just a begging letter from a debt collector, post 4 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements

Err.. no it hasn't.

What makes you think that, given the Successful Complaints About PPCs thread (the very first hyperlink in the NEWBIES thread) shows you hundreds of complaints over the years that all worked at this stage or later.

No they're not.

None of your assumptions are correct and that letter was fully expected.  We didn't need to see it. It's nothing. You really need to read the 4th then 2nd posts of the NEWBIES thread.

No, in fact we don't understand that.  Read the NEWBIES FAQS thread properly. You need to do the complaint we advised you to do. Nothing has changed and nobody worries about that tedious letter.
