I've attached the images from online to my last post however.0 -
You didn't get a penalty notice. That was my point. And the fact you aren't dealing with Initial Parking Ltd.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've amended the opening - my bad.0 -
Hi - just wanted to check if the draft in my last post was OK?
Would be grateful if anyone could cast an eye over it to make sure I'm not missing anything0 -
You won't win at POPLA with that old wording with half the links not working any more.
Also, I doubt it matters that they don't know who was driving because UKPC usually use the POFA, in which case they can legally hold you liable as keeper. So that isn't a valid point in your case, given you say you've lost the NTK so you can't even check it to see if it was not POFA worded. It likely was.
The only thing that might win at POPLA re disabled bays is photos showing no t&cs signs at those accessible bays. No £100 in view.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Or just call it a loss and pay the fine?0 -
You don't have a fine and nobody here would tell you to pay UKPC!
Neither of what you just said is what I suggested could win.

The links I've used were from the newbies thread which took me to a post with all the relevant paragraphs. Apologies if I've overlooked another post with updated wording. Also noted, on the POFA point.
As I'm at POPLA stage and you're saying that I could only possibly win by taking pics of the signage which demonstrate the lack of T&Cs RE £100 - is this my only possible route now?
Failing this - i will have to cough up?
Apologies if I've misunderstood anything. I'm a bit dim today (or most days) so you'll have to spell out anything I am not getting.0 -
You should have proof read your proposed Popla appeal, especially if the case you read is not recent , sorting out any errors or faulty links
UKPC are likely to have complied with POFA, so transferring liability from the driver to the keeper, so not being the driver doesn't help
No landowner authority and poor and inadequate signage are the usual points that can win a Popla appeal , hence why you were advised to obtain pictures for your appeal
If the Popla appeal fails, there is no requirement for the appellant to pay, its not binding on the appellant, so no you don't HAVE to cough up
