Hi All!
I was wondering if something like this happened to anyone else. My hearing date is this Thursday. I didn’t receive any witness statement from DCBL (deadline was 21st of March). Tried to ring the court to ask if the hearing fee was paid, but no answer.
Anyway, I am going back to my home country permanently on 29th of April, is there any point in bothering trying to contact them anymore?

I would think that the case was discontinued, check your email spam folder as well as your inbox
You need to check with your local civil court, to find out
As you are leaving the country permanently next week, I suppose that any court outcome wont affect you2 -
