I'm at the point of transferring my Cash ISA from Zopa to Trading 212 and I've very scared due to the issues you've outlined above. The reason I'm transferring is to take advantage of T212's 5.17% which is likely to drop, but Zopa is dropping from 4.80 to 4.55%. I've never had any major issues with Zopa, withdrawals and payments are very fast. Oh decisions decisions decisons!1

@uscool Thanks, I've started the process of transferring my Cash ISA from Zopa based on your word, I'll blame you if I encounter any issues. 🤣🤣🤣
To be fair, the transfer interface was very sleek, I used the T212 app, a transfer request form was generated and I was able to sign it. I'm quite impressed.1

Hi @palemist - I've just done the same as you - a transfer of a Cash ISA - from Zopa to Trading 212. It all went very smoothly - although I didn't receive any notification from Zopa that they'd received a transfer request - it all just went ahead and took one week (I submitted the transfer request on a Thursday morning, and the monies were transferred the following Thursday morning).
With regards to withdrawals, I've added the account I want to withdraw to using Open Banking, and despite saying withdrawals can take up to three days, so far they've been instant (literally seconds) - even at weekends.1
