Long day in the office 7.15am until 4.45 pm but the new computer system seems very user friendly . Had a few teething issues and my brain is aching . Early night for me tonight I think.

Survived my 2nd day in the office, plus I need to tell myself despite all the worry about being to old to learn new computer system I did it with ease . 

Slept very well last night as well which is unusual for me. 

Today's plans are housework , trip to Mr S for some GF supplies and maybe a coffee shop visit as I have a free drink. 

Best get dressed first though.

Have spent a morning with my mum, nearly DIL at the posh garden centre . We had coffee and scones halfway round bought by my mum. I have bought a gift as part of a birthday present , plus a birthday card . The weather was dire driving back but now it's sun shining . 

The plan for the afternoon is to read my book and check with DD if I am on swimming lesson duty.

Re.Smart Meter readings, if yours is working ok the readings should automatically go through to your energy provider.My first Smart meter stopped displaying anything, I had a few torturous phone calls before I got the answer to my question,which was, “Are you receiving the readings ok?” Apparently they were.

Thank you for taking the time to reply . I can see on my app they are getting readings . I will still be taking photos of both readings once a month as a precaution.
