The big red flag for me here is that unless I am reading it wrong or misunderstanding, your screenshot says you have a gas smart meter…but you still have an installed meter with dials which is apparently still working correctly and which you are submitting readings from?🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Well spotted, EH. I wonder if there's a meter mix-up here, and that's what's causing all the problems. I can't see how, if readings have been submitted manually and then used for billing, but strange things do happen.
@Any Can you please note the meter serial numbers from both the electricity meter and the gas meter, then compare them with the ones on a recent bill from EDF? The electricity one is probably just below the barcode under Itron. The gas one could be anywhere.
And now you know how to post pictures, it would be a lot easier for those trying to help if you sent a few pictures of the meters, clear enough for us to see their markings and their display.I'm not being lazy ...

OP you mentioned about not being able to post photos on your phone, it's this button here above the comment box

@Any Blimey, I didn't look at the screenshot in detail earlier, that's a damned good point about checking the meter serial numbers on the bill EVEN if you are getting billed against your readings! That might explain what's going on.
BUT also on the bill you should see the MPRN for the Gas Meter and the MPAN for the Electricity Meter.
Use https://www.energynetworks.org/customers/find-my-network-operator and put in your postcode. This should confirm that your Electricity DNO is Electricity North West and your Gas NO is Cadent. This should also be on your bill somewhere.
Then
Use https://www.findmysupplier.energy for the Gas to check your address has the correct MPRN on the National Database for the meter.
Use https://www.enwl.co.uk/forms/who-is-my-supplier/ for Electricity to check your address has the correct MPAN.
All this is just to double check that things on the National Databases are recorded correctly as sometimes we've found things incorrect which has explained some of the billing issues.
BTW, did you login to your EDF online My Account to see if the EDF Energy Hub has your data?
Edit: Almost forgot, it might be an idea to go back to your screen-shot and blank out the GUID numbers as well for all of them and then edit the post and repost the edited screenshot.

Phones4Chris said:One interesting thing I discovered about n3rgy, you can only get data (when it can communicate) in 90 day blocks BUT you can go back MORE than 13 months!! (The meter stores the last 13).

Edit: The n3rgy.com API is no longer allowing more than one day of data to be downloaded for some reason (not respecting the start and end dates when used together), so don't waste any time on this.Just for reference in case anyone was interested, here was my query. You need to be registered with n3rgy.com first. Then remove the $ (the forum software blocks my post without it) and replace XXXXXXXXXXXX with the MAC address of your IHD:$ curl -i -o n3rgy.txt -H "Authorization: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" https://consumer-api.data.n3rgy.com/electricity/consumption/1?start=20210715&end=202409201
