@Coupon-mad I've looked extensively through the newbies thread and search using keywords and can't find anything similar.   I did find some things which may help me but equally may be out of date.    The sign upon entry which is supposedly clear doesn't have a light, however the image is 3 years old.

Also the images provided to me don't have timestamp, although ppc they may provide alternative evidence to popla.  Also I've requested evidence of my vehicle and signs at the service station at the time I was there and it's not been provided.

Should I take it to popla as registered keeper or now name driver to restart process again to tie them up longer

 Please re-read the first dozen or so posts on your thread culminating in the one dated 19 September at 12:36PM.

Thanks to all that have helped.   I took it to Popla and Group Nexus have reviewed my appeal and cancelled the PCN.  Another victory for Team MSE.   I will still be boycotting MOTO due to their lies and unhelpfulness

Nicely done - and MOTO deserve to know why you are boycotting them.  Tell them.

@Coupon-mad I already have and I'd love to badmouth them on google maps as well but I don't get the option.     I told them they are liars, they use rip-off merchants to 'monitor' their car parks and they state to contact WHSmith if any parking issues despite them not being 24/7 store.

You can always leave a review on TripAdvisor or Trustpilot. 
Great to hear your PCN was cancelled.
