You're not looking for the home part you're looking for a white box that says Parking tickets, fines & parking....at the top directly above the yellow IMPORTANT info box1
-
Here's a picture of the top left hand corner of this screen...

Can you see the white box that @Nellymoser mentions?1 -
@Nellymoser @KeithP thank you. I see where you mean now. God I feel stupid. I'll take a look now for the newbie thread1
-
@Coupon-mad. I've found it now and I THINK I've got the correct template.
Re PCN number:
I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.
As the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.

From there do I get another option to appeal as the driver stating I was sleeping as per Ministry of Transport instructions and that I didn't see signs as it was dark. Maybe include Nicolas Bowen vs Capita who overstayed longer than I did and win his case in court and received £1550 costs...... or should I not go into all this?
Ive already contacted Moto executive assistant who passed it on to parking queries who told me to contact CP Plus0 -
Great you finally got it! The picture from KeithP helped.Coupon-mad said:
Is the NTK POFA-worded? Please don't show us. Don't ask us to tell you! We want you to understand it and tell us.
Do the research by comparing yours to my thread of NTK pictures. Once you've done the comparison, post again to tell us: POFA or non-POFA?
Now you need to find answers to the questions asked above.1 -
@nellymoser it is pofa-worded, but I think (not certain with all this jargon) they may have messed up as they haven't met ALL criteria. They have met the part which they noted which is section 4 paragraph 9 (2) (b).0
-
Which PoFA criteria do you think they have not complied with?1
-
@LDast
(b)inform the keeper that the driver is required to pay parking charges in respect of the specified period of parking and that the parking charges have not been paid in full;0 -
@LDast scrap that. It does say it0
