Hi
I have received a PCN from ParkingEye for going over my paid time in Sainsburys.
I have followed Plan A and received a response from the Sainsburys Manager, and then from Greenwich Car Parking Services LTD.
Would appreciate some advise one what the next steps are for plan B. Do I need to contact Greenwich Car Parking Services LTD or ParkingEye, and what template would I use?
They have responded with my full name as the email was forwarded on from Sainsburys (although nowhere did I say I was the driver), so I am not sure if that effects anything.
Thanks in advance.

O have no idea how Greenwich Car Parking Services is involved, but your appeal should go to whoever issue the NTK, which in this case is ParkingEye.
Use the template in blue text you will find in the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES. Send it unaltered from the keeper assuming it is not a hire/lease vehicle.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Who the heck are Greenwich Car Parking Services and why are they processing your data and holding into really old data from 2023?
I would reply and ask them "who the heck are you and why have you got my DVLA data?" because you will be reporting them and ParkingEye to the Information Commissioner if they fail to erase ALL data held, apologise for holding onto 2023 data not addressed to them, and stop sharing it around between unauthorised third parties.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I originally received this response from the store manager. Not sure how Greenwich Car Parking Services LTD are linked to ParkingEye?Coupon-mad said:Who the heck are Greenwich Car Parking Services and why are they processing your data and holding into really old data from 2023?

I did come across this post for the same car park where you suggested attempting to reason with Greenwich Car Parking Services LTD

I have sent this, and will let you know what response I get.Coupon-mad said:Nothing has changed. Send what I said.
Should I also send the template in the newbies thread as advised by Fruitcake at the start of this thread, or wait until I have a response from Greenwich Car Parking Service LTD?
Thanks0 -

Have a look at ParkingEye's privacy policy. Do they say they share data with this firm?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Based on the last email from Greenwich Car Parking Services LTD, they are the landowners, and they have listed Landowners below, so are the legitimacy sharing my data? And if so, what are the next steps?Coupon-mad said:Have a look at ParkingEye's privacy policy. Do they say they share data with this firm?
