JSA and ESA are the same until the outcome of work capability assessment on ESA then you get put into either work related activity group or support group. So if you're likely to be off 3-6 months plus then it's worth being on ESA over JSA.*Dad loan - £5300 - £7200

Went to the chemist and to the local tesco, bus there and back. I havent done any cleaning but i did hang the wet washing up and put the heater on to dry it even though it might cost a couple of pounds because i cant be doing with wet washing taking days o dry. It just causes a back log and I dont like dirty washing unless its in a machine. I think I am going to watch some stuff on youtube tonight and maybe read a book later. I must keep on top of my meds and sleep routine so that I have the best chance of recovering more quickly so I will be in bed by midnight tonight and i will get up at 9am. I find sleeping in the day does not do me any favours even if I dont feel well.
Im trying to stay positive to get through the next few months although i'm not quite sure how it will all work out I have to try.Current debt approximately 5000

I think I am going to get out and about today and maybe go to a family members house tonight. Isolating myself is leading to all sorts of problems and a recent even which i wont go into was as a result of not reaching out to people. I really need to get this sorted out because its affecting my life so much, Its that bad I will spend days and days on my own which isnt healthy and it becomes a vicious circle.
I know I am very down at the moment but ceasing contact with the outside world is a very bad idea. I need to be consistent with a routine and make the effort to engage with different people. I also do need to go to the local counsellimg service which i will self refer to on monday.
letters I need to send off and will do that today.
Its November and things are much worse than they were at the beginning of the year. Its time to lay the foundations ready for 2026.
I do need to come on here and post what i have done each day until I get into a normal, sociable routine again which i need to be able to go back to workCurrent debt approximately 5000

Get yourself down to your local library next week, at least you can sit and read a book - magazine in the warm. If you are lucky there will be details of local groups etc. and maybe a coffee shop.If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.2

I've been working with my local Friends of the Library group and taking classes online. Maybe you can try some of the Open University classes offered over there. I have checked that there are some I would love to take but can't since I'm out of the country. But there are a lot of free classes available where you can try out different subjects for a few months and then try something new the next time. I take free classes here, especially computer ones, and have started a Knitting and Crocheting class just to get out and meet new people. I am really broke too (used my birthday gift card from my sister to pay for TP, paper towels, and other household items - really exciting). And I can't communicate with my roommates without going nuts. So the classes and the Friends of the Library meetings really help. Good luck to you at finding something you like to do.2

Following on from what Nancy said there is this website.
Free Online Archaeology Courses from Top Universities - FutureLearn
( Archaeology is my interest but look at search subjects)
Forget subscribe or pay for course and go for the free option.
You only get access for a few weeks but if you find something you are interested in go for a short course .If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.3 -
Thankyou so much. I looked online and found a local walkimg group that meets every week and ive signed up to that. I will still be going the library tomorrow and will look at online courses today.
I know for a fact isolating myself has become a default mode when things arent going well and i will be making a concious effort this week to get out and about.
I did go to my sisters last night and had a nice time with her and my niece.
Ive also said i will crack in with some painting i need to do and keep myself accountable in here every evening.
I have started the ball rolling in respect of signing back up to my old career so there is something positive too. XCurrent debt approximately 5000

Have you looked to see if local charities have any events? I volunteer for one in Liverpool where they have things on 4 days a week. There are a few arts and crafts sessions, a knitting and crochet one,. chair based excercise and then an Afternoon tea on Wednesday and Community lunch on Thursday. It is £1 per adult for each and that is to cover the cost of the food. You may have something like it where you are even if the events are different.Aiming to make £7,500 online in 20222
