I'm confused as to what that means?

Morning Sar & Snags fab post Snags. Re last nights prog - lying in bed last night I suddenly remembered the intro to that face cream segment seemed rather long. They should have cut that instead of Sar & Ste  .

I think she's saying in a couple of years when kids at school (house prices being static if not dipping will be about the same so assuming a £120k house)
You'd be able to save on past form a £6k deposit by then
Ste's salary could have gone up a bit a to around £22k if he gets a promotion or something.
And she's assuming you'll have a job of around £16k and then applied a mortgage formula of
    4xmain salary plus 1.5xwifey salary.....

Actually you don't meet the standard lending criteria well because your budget is better than most peoples which means you'd find it easier to save a larger deposit and you also have the virtue of a stable social tenure with reasonable rent.
  • That's great thanks guys. :)

Martin has just replied to you on the other board.... i think you've got another minion there IA!

BTW, i think you came across really well.... a bit posh speaking too!

Did you specifically ask for a floor shot since you'd had the rug doctor in?!

I think a follow up in 6 months would be excellent. Maybe This morning or someone would take you on a do a more in depth clip... Keren, get the PR machine cranked up!!!!

I hope the programme is getting new viewers as it's pointless preaching to the converted, the format is fast and as someone says hard to keep up even if you know the lingo.... something they acknowledge so that's good.

I did notice that and thought that was a bit dodgy.... but your Ebay earnings are impressive!
