    I have been corrected-apparently Len DID do the 100 crunches. Sorry matey!

    Maz, I'm off for a 'training course' in the Lakes in 10 days...should be doing plenty of excersising I'm sure...

    May I recommend some breakdown cover just in case.... you never know when you might need it... flat tyres... mechanical breakdown...getting stuck in muddy fields...
