You're not being ungrateful silly! You are just feeling a bit down, that's all. (((hugs)))

Fancy an exercise video challenge as you missed bodytone? We could set a time (10am), and both do it? I've got stomach cramps so I could do with some endorphins...lol.

If the kids get in the way, we'll just dance round them....or pick them up and use them as arm weights! :rotfl:

Good - very pleased to hear it!

Everybody can get fed up, and I know that when things go right for others without any apparent effort it pi$$es me off, especially when I've been really trying hard to achieve something that doesn't happen. It's life, and quite often it really sucks :(

I've been really down lately - DF has been really stressed which knocks onto me, it was my late mum's birthday last week, I've got another Mothers Day without her this weekend, it's 17 years since my dad died in a couple of weeks, DS1 is almost the age that I was when he was born and my baby will soon no longer be a teenager. But I did what you do - talked to my friends, and they helped me feel better. They can't change the facts, but they can change my perception & reaction to things.

Sorry to waffle....will go & do some work now :o

Don't beat yourself up so much - people like SS & Lenny will do that for you :p

You're on - although I haven't done a sit-up for years and have dodgy hip joints, so I think you might win!

Shall we say whoever can do the most between 10am and 10.15am?
