    I've got Davina - Power of Three, Dance yourself fit with Helen off Big Brother (:o) and some kind of scary cardio-boxing type one that I can honestly say I have never made it to the end of. The Davina one is good though, and only 30 minutes....wooo!

    I have a feeling that Len *MAY* be lying...
    I happen to know he was on the phone around that time and didnt sound like he was doing sit ups...;)
