Ryanair outrageous charge for 2 cabin bags

£35 each way for two cabin bags, so £70 on top of my flight , When are these practices are gonna end? why they don't charge the same across the board? even on the same flight they change the price if you book the day after
and this is just a flight to France

Simply because that’s their business model. That’s how they keep their fares low.

If you don't like it, don't fly with Ryanair.

What's the total cost of your flight + bags and how does that stack up against an airline where the costs of baggage are included?
  • Ryanair ticket was £35 and BA £60, you chose Ryanair over BA.. then paid another £35 for bag.
That's why they do it, because you/we buy it.

So either learn how to pack in small back pack or choose BA, KLM, Air France or take train.

Baggage handling companies are never going to provide  a service for free. There's fixed costs to be covered. With less baggage going in the hold on budget airlines. The cost disproportinately increases. Commercial reality.

Unfortunately Ryanair is the only one flying to Biarritz . I had no choice .
flight is £160 (expensive already ) plus £70 for  the bags .

No, I check everything. On this occasion no choice since only Ryanair flies to my destination.

I just came back from Venice with BA because it turned out cheaper with BA than Ryanair because of the bags and also much more convenient for me Heathrow than Standsted .

You did, it was included in the cost, which was generally higher.
