    That's good to see.

    You now need to ensure that the Claimant files a Notice of Discontinuance. Maybe check with the CNBC.
    Until that happens you must follow any instructions from HMCTS.

    Contact the CNBC next week,  plus complain about the lack of an NoD to dcb legal by email
