What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?

Have you filed an Acknowledgment of Service?
If so, upon what date did you do so?
Your MCOL Claim History will have the definitive answer to that.

You've left your MCOL password clearly visible on that image.

Just use the Template Defence as you see in all the other DCB Legal / Euro Car Parks claims at the moment.  They are litigating a huge batch. We have 2 or 3 exact match threads like yours each day, so go back and scroll through the forum to read a good half dozen or more. Learn how people worded their paragraph 3. Copy!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Incorrect, it needs to be done by day 19 following the issue date, so I suggest that you tell KeithP the issue date

Your thoughts are not relevant, only the facts

    Issue Date 03 Sept 2024

With a Claim Issue Date of 3rd September, you have until Monday 23rd September to file an Acknowledgment of Service, but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.
To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 7th October 2024 to file a Defence.
That's almost four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.
Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

There's another 'Walsall Waterfront' court case also being discussed today.

You might want to compare notes.

  • AOS Done today 10 Sept 2024
  • 3. At the time of the alleged offence, the driver of the vehicle visited Walsall Waterfront ANPR car park to visit shops within the retail park. The driver purchased a ticket using the PaybyPhone service using the vehicle number plate, The driver paid the correct parking fee and there was no breach by conduct. There is no cause of action. This charge attempts to penalise the Defendant, who bought a ticket but the system has malfunctioned.

4.The defendant has been harassed with letters since 2021 but believe these to be false as he purchased a ticket for the time at the car park.
