Hi, a draft order has been sent to me by dcbl solicitors, before submitting my Skelton argument, should I take any of this into account?

Do I reply to this with a draft order and a skeleton argument?Or do I just submit a skeleton argument.
Also I am trying to write my skeleton argument but I am slightly struggling, as all I’m going off are witness statements.
Do you know if there is any templates of skeleton arguments I can go off?Thank you for your time and help0 -

Okay, apologise’s for that.

Add to the covering email when you send your skeleton argument to DCB Legal and the local court, that you refuse to accept the self-serving Draft Order suggested by the Claimants, who are clearly just trying to protect their position, continue with a meritless claim and avoid the Defendant's application costs.
Also say that loud and clear at your hearing so the Judge doesn't get drawn in by them.
There's a skeleton argument on the forum today in a similar case. Sorry no link but it is one I replied on this afternoon. Go find it. Clue: SumPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello, please see my updated skeleton argument, I apologise for any delays (I’m a full time working mum) and days are very busy whilst trying to understand and deal with this.
All the help is really appreciated.

Looks good but I saw a misspelling of LIMITED in the heading.
I just replied to @Sumsum12 regarding what to put in the subject line and body of the covering email. Have a look. Yours will need the extra words I already suggested to make it clear to the Judge that you refuse to accept the self-serving Draft Order suggested by the Claimants, who are clearly just trying to protect their position, continue with a meritless claim and avoid the Defendant's application costs.
Attach your costs sheet too, signed & dated.
Also say that loud and clear at your hearing so the Judge doesn't get drawn in by their rep. This is YOUR hearing, that you paid for (not the Claimant's 'free hit' to argue about the PCN/claim) so make sure the Judge listens to you. Your Draft Order should stand, with the claim struck out and costs awarded against the Claimant.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
