If they don't reply, or try to get you to pay them, you just move to the N244 application (which the NEWBIES thread already tells you).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello, I have received an email back from them, please look below.Thank you for your email.
I’m not really sure how to go about this now.
We are instructed by DCB Legal on behalf of Excel Parking Services Ltd to recover the outstanding balance in relation to the County Court Judgment (CCJ) issued to you.
Please find below further details in relation to the debt:
CCJ:
VRN:
Please note that the County Court has already passed Judgment and a CCJ has already been granted to our client. We must stress the importance of settling this debt now to avoid possible further action being taken to recover the debt.
Payment of £471.26 is required to satisfy the CCJ at this time.
Please remember you can pay easily by using Scan to Pay, simply scan the QR code located on our letters with your phone and pay by card. You can also pay by card on the secure payment page on the website 24 hours a day

Oh sorry, I have read further and I would just need to complete a N244 application at this point?0

Do you know the date of the judgment? You only have one calendar month to pay it to avoid it impacting your credit record. If you pay it after that time, it is marked as "satisfied" and remains on your record for six years.1

The judgment was made in July it says however the letter was sent to me on the 23rd of august? I don’t want to pay for it because it was sent to the wrong address and was not aware of this0
-
Sorry it was filed 10th of July to be precise so I would have not even had a chance to pay it in time as the letter was sent 23rd of august0

My advice (above) told you what to do next and this is covered in the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have followed what I have been adviced to do, however I’m unable to find the court that the judgement was made.I had sent an email to DCBL for them to advise me of this, however they had replied that they are unable to give me this information.
where would I go from this and who would I contact to find this information out as I’m unable to do fill out the N244 until I know this information.1 -
You have the Claim Number.
More than likely it was still with the Civil National Business Centre - google knows their phone number - ring them and ask them to email details to you.
OP, have you based your forum username on your real name? 25 years old, at a guess?
If so, you may want to get your forum username changed to something completely anonymous.
To help with that, have a read of this item from the Forum's FAQs:Can I change my username?
In most circumstances, we don't allow this.
The only reason we will change your username is if it puts your privacy at risk e.g. you've inadvertently registered using your name, email address or something which gives away your identity within your username.
If you fall into this category, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com your current username, the email address you registered with and three alternative usernames in order of preference.

No court heard the case. No Judge.
You should have asked us instead of asking DCB.
By wasting your time trying to find the name of a court that doesn't exist, you have delayed the application and must hurry up because the first thing your Judge will check is that you applied promptly.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
